FastViewer Presented – Online Presentations
Fastviewer Presented allows you to connect with your colleague/s, customer/s or partner/s so that you can present ideas, display documents and provide a visual aid. Providing much more impact than a standard telephone call.

You have the ability to share documents, to see your colleague/s, client/s live, visually explain ideas, display documents and collaborate with anyone worldwide via the internet. You are able to invite over 50 participants via the WebClient, which supports HTML and Java Script. Also participate with any terminal devices with platforms that support Windows, Mac or Linux / Mobile equipment - iPhone, MDA, PDA, Netbooks and they can even hear you with VoIP.

If there any questions during the presentation, you can use the integrated chat function, to answer them and to respond.  Use: - Presentations (company, budget, product and many more)- On-line training meetings (products, software applications and digital learning material) - Sales meetings (First prospect calls, quarterly reviews and general meetings)  

FastViewer SideBar The use of a support application is up to 75% determined by the usability. How simple it is to take control, the look and feel and the ability to personalise the service. With the V3 we have significantly improved the usability, reduced the number of clicks per function and now offer a simple click to access the entire online services of FastViewer. Session List When using online presentation tools Fastviewer understand that transparency increases the security on an online meeting, you need to know, whose desktop is being shown and who has what rights and control. This information needs to be visible and clear to the organiser. FastViewer new session list allows the presenter see all this information at a glance.   Application filter Now, you are able to share more than one program. If you there are for example two Word-docs on your screen, you can decide which one should be transferred.   Monitor If the presenter has several monitors you can, at a touch of a button select which one should be transferred.   Chat In this window all chat messages sent are displayed to the Organiser. You can configure who has the right to use the chat. You can deactivate the chat function for specific participants by clicking the "Off"-button. They will still see the chat, but are not able to write a message. Select if your chat message should be sent to all participants or just to one.

File board
Share your files with your participant/s by uploading them into the file board during the session. Participants just need to click on these files to down load them.  

Video
With the video transfer you can show your web cam images during the session. The most important feature is the possibility to select the video quality, the video source and the transfer control. Every user only receives the amount of images that suites their capacity.  

VoIP (Voice over IP)
The VoIP solution, which is integrated in the V3, offers you the possibility to communicate via the VoIP application. If you have an online meeting participants can join the presentation without having to dial the teleconference number.  

Information
Here you can see the communication server used (the server, which is used to connect master and client). "Connection type" shows which is used for the communication. You can see "Receiving/Sending" the amount of bytes, that are received/sent per second. Also the "Total received/Total sent" total amount. "Version" shows you the to ensure that you using the latest version.  

Telephone conference
FastViewer offers a telephone conference service which is directly linked to the Web conference, with the same meeting number as the session number to a good selection of countries.  Also Fastviewer Audio offers a way to have a Moderator and Participant on the Audio - What this means to you is that you have the ability to Mute the participants lines to ensure no interruption or to reduce and back ground noise on the calls, you can lock the call so that you are not interrupted by late callers, the numbers are not the same which helps to increase the security of the Audio service, additional functionality is available on the data sheet on the site.  

Whiteboard
Working together is the main aim of online collaboration. Therefore efficient tools are necessary. The new FastViewer Whiteboard is a perfect tool to optimise the collaboration of session participants. Whiteboards are an essential help to visualise ideas and concepts.   

WebClient
With FastViewer you only need a browser with an Internet access. Do you have a mobile phone with Internet access? Perfect! No installation, no flashplayer and no matter what operating system. Just start the browser and the meeting begins. The WebClient is based on HTML and simply needs a web browser with activated JavaScript. Thus it is usable on any operating system. Even a Windows Mobile, Blackberry or iPhone.  Fastviewer have also a free App for the Iphone, down load it now!

Record function
You have the possibility to save all activities in a session as a video. The record is audit-proof and does not need any external player for playback.
