At the LEARNTEC 2007 the world’s first desktop sharing shootout took place. The lounge oft the new Karlsruhe fair at times could hardly accomodate all of spectators. The jury with accordance of the audience choosed fastviewer as the winner.

The tension during the competition reached unsurpassable dimensions because the topics have been announced right at the event. Like this, every of the competitors had to prove his ad hoc skills.

The live comparison proved that fastviewer has climbed the peak of desktop sharing.

The innovation prize has been awarded by the “Initiative Mittelstand” for IT Communication since 2004 at CeBIT and prize for industry at Hannover exposition since 2006. The innovation prize is awarded to enterprises that have demonstrated the most innovative product for mid-sized enterprises at any category. 1200 products took part in the competition 2007.

In 2008 there were even 600 more participants. Due to fastviewers future-oriented communication solution fastviewer was awarded the prize in the category of communication for 2007 and industry software in 2008.
