The new user interface
The user is the central of the new user surface, since a solid and reliable technology needs to be handeled easily. The revised design makes FastViewer easier and clearer.
Quickstart bar
With the optimized quickstart bar you have still access to the important functions even if the sidebar is shielded.
Session record
Each participant is able to record sessions unforgeable. An additional software for rendition is not neccessary.
New list of participants
The list of participants is prospectively structured in three groups: presenter, active participants and passive participants. With this list you are able to decide, who is allowed to shape a session actively und who participates as viewer.
Extended system information
The system information provides detailed information about the system status of a PC, e.g. WMI information, storage utilization or the available storage space. With this remote task manager processes can be analized and terminated comfortably.
Connection test
98 % of all performance problems in web conferences or remote maintenance sessions are caused by failings in the internet connection. With the connection test the quality of the connection to the FastViewer server is analyzed. So, performance problems can be located and solved quickly.
Configurable selection of applications
In the customer portal you are able to draw up a blacklist, which principally prohibits the transfer of specific applications. Alternatively, a whitelist a selection of applications, which can be transferred, can be declared.
Extended adaptabilities
In the customer portal you now have additional adaptabilities. You are now able to adapt FastViewer even better to your needs and your corporate design.
