Now getting started into the remote maintenance world became more favorable. With the fastviewer enterprised workstation you are able to hold comfortable remote maintenance meetings or to present your desktop.

In addition you receive the fastviewer remoted including 5 clients for free. You find an overview of the distinguishing features in the following table.

(1) information about the bounding to workstation
During the execution of the enterprised workstation the executable master is connected by means of an ID with the used PC. You have a one-time possibility to change the PC which is linked to the master independently, over an attitude in the customer portal. Thus you remain independently also with a computer exchange. Of course a transformation to the version which is not bounded to workstation is also possible at any time.

(2)  information about the 3rd participant in the fastviewer enterprised
In the fastviewer enterprised you have the possibility of adding a third participant during a current support meeting. Therefore the 3rd participants runs the customer module as well and can log into the session by putting in the already used meeting number and a meeting password, in order to support e.g. as further technicians the solution of a problem.
